This collection contains mostly correspondence (1852-1885) both personal and college business, much having to do with financial issues, college events, teaching positions, local area issues, students, land and property; also sermons, diaries, speeches, biographical data, administrative files, photographs. There is also a small collection of Chapin family letters dating from 1837-1841.
This collection consists of only paper materials. These documents range from 1960 until 2009, with the bulk in the 1970s through the 1990s. Numerous members of the college served on this committee and the membership changed consistently throughout its records.
This collection is comprised of Faculty and Academic Senate meeting minutes and agendas, as well as supporting documentation for the meetings including correspondence and notes. From 1849-1970, the group in charge of directing the educational program at the college recorded their meetings simply as "Faculty Minutes," though the group consisted of students and administrators as well as faculty. In 1970, they changed their name to Academic Senate.

This collection contains a small amount of press materials and correspondence about the Argonne Semester program, often between Beloit College and the Associated Colleges of the Midwest (ACM), though which Beloit participated in the program, or Argonne National Laboratory itself. The bulk of the collection is dedicated to final reports by Beloit College students who took part in the program from 1962-1964.
This collection contains documents affiliated with Asian Studies at Beloit College, including departmental literature describing the program, minor, courses, and faculty; brochures and correspondence regarding various exchange and language programs, and a small selection of student work. This collection contains Beloit Academy (also called the Preparatory Department) administrative materials such as student registers, grade books, and catalogues, as well as publications (Junta Climax) and alumni correspondence and other materials created by Academy students. Additionally, there is a compilation of transcripts of articles and meeting minute excerpts concerning the Academy, gathered by Beloit College Professor Robert K. Richardson.

Included are the master events calendar (kept by the Dean of Students office); Arts, Lectures, and Sports; weekly events (1936-1982); this week's events; wall calendars and planners published by the Alumni and Development offices, and student groups.
